退火温度对多孔阳极氧化铝膜形貌的影响

         

摘要

The ordered alumina membrane was prepared by the second anodic oxidation method, which was annealed at different temperature of 800℃,900℃ and 1000℃, respectively. The as-prepared alumina membrane was detected by X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement The results show that the crystal phase structures transform from γ-Al2O3 to θ-Al2O3 and the phenomenon of multi-crystal phase coexists, which all resulted from the incomplete phase transition. Compared with the influence of three different annealing temperatures on the ordered pores of the alumina membrane surface, the annealing condition of the precursor materials embedded in alumina membrane was proposed. That is, the annealing temperature and time should not be too high and long, respectively.%采用二次阳极氧化法制备了有序的氧化铝膜,于800℃、900℃和1000℃对氧化铝膜进行退火处理,经X射线衍射检测发现,其晶相结构由γ-A12 O3向θ-Al2 O3结构转变,而且由于相变不彻底导致多晶相结构并存.比较了3种不同的退火温度对氧化铝膜表面有序孔的影响,提出了对于内嵌入氧化铝膜的前驱体材料的退火条件,即退火温度不宜太高,退火时间不宜太长.
