无水溶胶-凝胶制备钛酸锶钡的热分析及膜光学性能研究

         

摘要

利用无水溶胶-凝胶技术制备了Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3薄膜,采用TG-DSC对干凝胶的热反应过程进行了详细分析,结果表明,经过350℃和450℃处理后的非晶薄膜为碳酸盐而非钛酸盐.450℃退火1h处理的非晶薄膜在350~1000nm的光学透过率大于80%,在470nm处的折射率最大(1.94),消光系数较小(0.003).800℃退火1h获得了晶态薄膜,该晶态薄膜的光学透过率也较好,在λ=670nm处的折射率最大(2.05),消光系数为0.07.%Ba0.7 Sr0.3 TiO3 film was prepared by sol-gel method without water added in process. The reaction of dry gel in heat-treatment was analyzed by TG-DSC in detail. The thermal analysis results show that, annealed at 350℃ and 450℃, amorphous carbonate are formed. After annealed at 800℃ , Ba0.7 Sr0.3 TiO3 film with crystalline structure can be obtained. Both amorphous films and crystalline films exhibit the transmittances higher than 80% in the wavelength range of 350— 1000nm. Refractive index of amorphous film annealed at 450℃ is 1. 94 at 470nm while extinction coefficient is 0. 003. Refractive index of crystalline film annealed at 800℃ is 2. 05 at 670nm while extinction coefficient is 0. 07.
