大型高精度光电轴角编码器主轴系装配分析

该项光电轴角编码器尺寸大,装配精度要求较高.文章先分析了主轴系产生误差的原因,然后采取相应的技术措施减小装配误差.最后,通过试验方法获取轴向过盈量与轴向窜动量和摩擦力矩的关系,采取调整轴向过盈量和安装自检顺序的方法,保证了装配精度的要求.%The optical shaft encoder has large size and requires high assembling accuracy. First, analyzes the cause of the error of the axial system. Then, takes the appropriate technical solutions to reduce assembling error. Last, through the experiment, obtains the relationship among axial interference, axial drifting and friction torque, and adopts the method of adjust axial interference and installation of self-check sequence , ensures to meet the requirement of assembling accuracy.
