整体叶轮五轴数控加工技术的研究

         

摘要

Integral impeller is a typical complex part. In order to process integral impeller with five-axis NC machine, a parametric model for the impeller was established with Pro/E software. Based on analyzing the machining technique of integral impeller deeply, the arts and crafts of machining was confirmed with five 梐xis NC machine. With the help of UG software, automatic programming and tool path were carried out. G code is generated by post processing and testified with real machine.%整体叶轮是典型的航空航天复杂零件.为了进行整体叶轮的数控加工,用Pro/E对其进行了参数化建模.在深入分析整体叶轮加工工艺的基础上,确定了五轴数控机床加工叶轮的工艺流程.使用UG软件实现了自动编程,生成了刀路轨迹.通过后置处理生成G代码,并在实际机床上进行了加工验证.
