Integral impeller is a typical complex part. In order to process integral impeller with five-axis NC machine, a parametric model for the impeller was established with Pro/E software. Based on analyzing the machining technique of integral impeller deeply, the arts and crafts of machining was confirmed with five 梐xis NC machine. With the help of UG software, automatic programming and tool path were carried out.
