基于hyperMILL的半开式整体叶轮五轴数控编程与加工技术

         

摘要

整体叶轮是航空发动机和各类透平机械的关键零部件.针对整体叶轮因结构复杂而导致数控编程和加工难度大的特点,首先,以半开式整体叶轮为例,在hyperMILL软件中进行五轴数控编程.然后,编程得到的刀具轨迹经过内部机床仿真验证,利用后处理器将刀位(CL)文件转换成机床可识别的NC加工代码.最后,在DMU-70 V五轴加工中心上对Al7050铝合金整体叶轮进行加工.加工过程中没有出现干涉、过切、欠切等问题.结果表明hyperMILL可以简化编程的过程,提高编程和加工的效率,为其它同类复杂零件的编程加工提供了依据.%Integral impellers are the key parts of the aero engines and all kinds of turbine machines. There have some difficulties in NC programming and machining of integral impellers, due to their complicated structure. In this paper, taking a semi-open integral impeller as an example, NC program is conducted in hyperMILL. The generated tool paths are simulated with internal machine simulation. Then, a specific postprocessor is used to transform the cutter location ( CL ) files into NC codes which can be identified by the machine tool. Finally, an Al7050 aluminum alloy integral impeller is processed in DMU-70V five-axis universal milling machine. There are no problems such as interference, overcut and undercut during the machining process. The result indicates that hyperMILL can simplify the NC programming and improve the efficiency of the programming and machining, which provides reference for programming and machining of oth-er same kind of complex parts.
