Abstraet:According to the need to train machining technology,the mechanical locking of CNC lathe tailstock sleeve for the purpose,use characteristics of disc spring,design a disc spring with a mechanical structure clamping on both sides at the same time,use the characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder,squeeze compressed disc spring at the same time on both sides,loose the CNC lathe tailstock sleeve on both sides at the same time,realize the mechanical locking of CNC lathe tailstock sleeve,and meet the automatic processing of CNC machine tool.%根据火车轴加工工艺的需要,以机械锁紧数控车床尾架套筒为目的,利用碟形弹簧的特性,设计一组碟形弹簧,两边同时夹紧的机械结构,再利用液压油缸的特性,两面同时挤压压缩碟形弹簧,使得数控车床尾架套筒两边同时松开,实现数控车床尾架套筒的机械锁紧,并满足数控机床的自动加工.
