激光透射焊接技术在塑料离心风叶焊接中的应用

         

摘要

针对超声波焊接大直径曲面塑料离心风叶存在的若干问题,包括:焊接强度不均匀,焊接应力大等.引进激光透射焊接技术焊接塑料离心风叶,该技术能够较好地解决上述问题.首先,详细介绍了塑料离心风叶的结构和特点,分析超声波焊接存在问题的主要原因.其次,简单介绍激光透射焊接技术的原理,阐述激光透射焊接技术对于大直径曲面塑料离心风叶的优势.随后,介绍了研究开发的激光透射焊接装备,设计了焊接大直径曲面塑料离心风叶的专用夹具.最后,在自主研发的焊接装备上,进行ABS试验板焊接实验获取最优焊接参数,进而开展小批量离心风叶的焊接实验.实验结果表明:激光透射焊接技术相比超声波焊接技术焊接大直径曲面塑料离心风叶时具有焊接速度更快、强度更高的特点,焊接时间为42 s,单个叶片最小承受拉力为772 N;此外,激光透射焊接技术还避免了超声波焊接产生刺耳的噪声.由此可以证明,激光透射焊接技术在大直径曲面塑料离心风叶的焊接中存在巨大的市场推广价值和潜力.%Aim to the problems of large-diameter cambered plastic centrifugal fan welding by ultrasonic vibration which include:uneven welding strength and great welding stress.The technology of laser transmission welding (LTW) is proposed to solve above problems.Firstly,the geometry and characteristic of plastic centrifugal fan are introduced in detail,and the cause of the welding problems by ultrasonic vibration is listed.Secondly,the mechanism of laser transmission welding is briefly presented,and the advantage of laser transmission welding in large-diameter cambered plastic centrifugal fan welding is also illustrated.Additionally,a welding equipment is developed for this research,and a special fixture is designed for large-diameter cambered plastic centrifugal fan welding.Finally,a set of welding ABS testing plate experiment is implemented to obtain the best welding parameters on this independently developed welding equipment,and a group of welding centrifugal fan experiment is conducted on the basis of optimal parameters.Experiment result shows that:laser transmission welding has faster welding speed and stronger welding strength than ultrasonic vibration.Specifically,the welding period is 42 s,and the strength of single fan is stronger than 772 N.In addition,the technology of laser transmission avoids the harsh noise of ultrasonic vibration.Therefore,the technology of laser transmission has huge promotional value and potential in large-diameter cambered plastic centrifugal fan welding.
