核电站永久性堆腔密封环防变形焊接工装设计

摘要

针对核电站堆腔密封环的组对精度高、焊接变形大、尺寸精度要求高、翻转焊接困难等问题,设计了一种专用于该产品的防变形装置.该装置强度可靠、结构灵活,并在设计时对其薄弱部位进行了强度校核,对其旋转中心进行了软件分析计算.经工程实践证明,运用该装置可有效地解决核电站堆腔密封环产品的各种制造难点.%A kind of orthopedic device was designed aiming at high precision,large welding deformation,high dimension accuracy requirement,flip welding difficulties and other issues.The device is reliable and flexible in structure,and the strength of the weak spot was checked in the design,the software analysis and calculation of the center of rotation have been done.It is proved by engineering practice that this device can effectively solve the various manufacturing difficulties of the product of the reactor cavity sealing ring.
