五轴技术可以提高测量效率和精度,采用I++DME协议可以很好地与控制器协同工作.为了生成符合I++DME协议的五轴测量指令,对测量路径、探针趋近方向进行规划,对测针末端和各关节轨迹进行了仿真及实验,并采用法线方向的包络法对测量点云进行半径补偿.结果表明,测针末端轨迹平滑,各关节角连续变化,运动平稳,补偿有效.%Five-axis technology can extremely improve measurement efficiency and accuracy, and works well with controllers using I++ DME protocol.In order to generate five-axis measurement instructions based on I++ DME, the measurement path and the probe approach direction were studied, in which simulation and experiment on the probe end track and each joint track were conducted.Measuring point cloud was compensated by the enveloping method in the normal direction.The results show that the probe end track is smooth, the joint angles are continuously changed, the motion is stable, and the compensation is useful.
