挤压铸造压射机构温度检测装置的研制与实验

         

摘要

压射机构是挤压铸造设备的关键组成部分之一,实现对压射机构的温度检测是控制压射机构的温度的前提.由于压射机构工况恶劣,目前,国内外研制生产的挤压铸造设备还很少装备有压射机构温度检测装置,因此研制适合挤压铸造压射机构特点的温度检测装置是十分必要的.根据挤压铸造压射机构的特点,采用热电偶为温度采集传感器,通过在压室和冲头检测位置开孔并采用螺纹联接的方式固定热电偶的方式研制成功挤压铸造压射机构温度检测装置,并通过实验验证了温度检测装置.%Injection facility is one of key part of squeeze casting equipment,and realizing temperature-measuring is the premise of control temperature.Because of serious working conditions,squeeze casting equipments are rarely installed temperature measuring devices for injection facility.Hence it's necessary to develop temperature-measuring device fit to injection facility.According to the feature of injection facility,it develops a temperature-measuring device using thermocouple as temperature sensor,drilling hole at measuring positions,and fixing thermocouple with screw thread,and giving the experimental research of temperature with this device.
