开关电磁阀控制具有惯性负载液压执行机构的定位系统研究

         

摘要

针对实际开关电磁阀定位系统设计过程中,定位误差、定位冲击和震荡等定位效果难以预测的问题,基于AMESim对一个实际定位系统建立了控制模型并进行了仿真分析。研究表明:定位系统的负载速度和质量、定位开关和控制继电器的切换时间可以较好地预测和补偿,属于定位系统的“硬量”;开关电磁阀的响应时间和油液压缩性是影响定位系统动态过程的主要因素,其变化范围受多因素影响,不易控制,属于定位系统的“软量”;对于负载质量为5000 kg、运动速度为0�2 m/s、负载定位行程为1200 mm、油液弹性模量为1700 MPa的定位系统,当其他因素不变,开关电磁阀的响应时间从10 ms到100 ms变化时,定位误差从11�8 mm 上升为19�8 mm,定位冲击从2�8 mm增加到4 mm。%Aimed at the problem that the effect of positioning such as the positioning accuracy, positioning impact and shock is difficult to predict during the designing process of the actual switch electromagnetic valve positioning system, an actual positioning sys⁃tem control model was established based on AMESim. The simulation analysis of it was carried out. The research shows that the load speed and quality of positioning system, positioning control switch and relay switch time belong to hard parameters of positioning sys⁃tem, which can be better predicted and compensated. The switch response time of the switch electromagnetic valve and oil compressibil⁃ity, which belong to the soft parameters of positioning system, are the main factors affecting positioning system dynamic process, which variable range is affected by many factors, and not easy to control. For the positioning system, in which the load quality is 5 000 kg, movement speed is 0�2 m/s, load positioning journey is 1 200 mm and oil modulus is 1 700 MPa, when other factors are constant and the response time of the switch electromagnetic valve is changed from 10 ms to 100 ms, the position error is raised from 11�8 mm to 19�8 mm, and positioning impact is increased from 2�8 mm to 4 mm.
