基于BP-NN PID算法和TMSF28335的矫直机HGC伺服控制器设计

         

摘要

Nowadays, the servo controllers used in the straighter in China are mostly simple PID control and their core processors are mostly MCU. Considering the limitations of MCU in poor data handling capacity, slow data operation and insufficient flexibility, it is difficult to satisfy the function requirements and accurate control of the straighter. Therefore, a high-accuracy straighter servo con-troller with the core of 32-bit floating point DSP-TMSF2812@150 MHz composed of BP-NN PID arithmetic was designed to apply to the servo control of the straighter. The experimental data show that this BP-NN PID servo controller has high control accuracy, good flexibility and timeliness.%针对国内使用于矫直机上的伺服控制器多为简单算法PID控制且核心处理器大多为MCU,而MCU有数据处理能力欠佳、数据运算速度慢、灵活性不足等诸多局限性,难以满足矫直机的功能要求和精确控制等,设计将BP神经网络PID算法应用于以32位浮点DSP-TMSF28335@150 MHz为核心的高精度伺服控制器,应用于矫直机伺服控制.通过对比仿真结果和实际试验结果:该BP-NN PID伺服控制器具有控制精度高、灵活性好、实时性等优点.
