基于退货背景的网上购物的逆向物流优化

         

摘要

In this paper, on the basis of a brief introduction of reverse logistics, we analyzed the occurrence of reverse logistics in return of products purchased through online shopping caused by commodity imperfection, service deficiency, and change of consumer willingness. On such basis, we discussed the existing problems on the levels of appearance restoration, logistics expense, logistics method, and risk of damage and then proposed the countermeasures to develop reverse logistics under the current return policy on the dimensions of quality enhancement, notification rules, logistics cooperation, reinforcement of supervision and insurance of return cost. At the end, we analyzed the feasibility of launching the reverse logistics insurance in the online shopping field.%在简要介绍逆向物流的基础上,着重从商品瑕疵、服务缺陷和意愿改变三个方面,剖析了退货背景下逆向物流产生的原因.在此基础上,从恢复原貌、物流费用、物流方式和损毁风险四个层面探讨了退货背景下逆向物流存在的问题,进而从提升品质、告知规则、物流合作、加强监管和退运保险五个纬度重点论述了退货背景下逆向物流发展的对策,并在对网购领域逆向物流保险的可行性进行了分析.
