首先阐述电子商务物流服务满意度的影响因素;然后根据影响因素设计电子商务物流服务满意度模型,并结合市场调研做相关性分析及回归分析,找出影响淘宝网物流服务满意度的关键要素;最后根据调研结果提出优化淘宝网物流服务的策略建议。%In this paper, we first introduced the factors influencing the satisfaction of e-commerce logistics services, and then accordingly designed the satisfaction model for these services. Next through market survey, we identified the key factors influencing the logistics service satisfaction of Taobao and at the end, proposed the corresponding suggestions for the optimization of the logistics service of the company.
