以物流品损坏与时间成本最低为基础的绩效考核体系研究

摘要

In this paper, we proposed a performance examination system of the logistics enterprises on the basis of product damage and minimal time cost, built the corresponding model as well as the index system on the aspects of product integrity and time cost, adopted the AHP to determine the weights in the system and the PCA to determine the comprehensive score of the indexes in the system, and at the end, in connection with Yuantong Express, proved the validity of the performance examination system and model.%针对现代物流企业在绩效评价中存在的评价标准设置不合理以及评价维度不全面等问题，提出了物流企业构建以物流品损坏与时间成本最低为基础的绩效考核体系，依据物流企业绩效评价理论的研究成果，构建了一个基于“物流品损坏-时间成本”的物流绩效评价模型。从物流品完整性与时间成本的大小两个方面初步建立了物流企业绩效考核指标体系，采用层次分析法对物流绩效考核指标体系分配权重，再利用主成分分析法确定物流企业绩效评价指标的综合评价值，结合圆通物流运输情况进行实际验证，结果证实了相关绩效评价模型的有效性，也为完善物流企业绩效评价考核体系提供了思路与借鉴方案。
