物流管理专业人才培养供应链模式的改革与创新

现代物流业的发展需要培养和造就一大批复合创新型物流管理专业技术人才，重庆交通大学物流管理专业依托特色学科定位人才培养特色，积极探索校企协同育人的人才培养供应链模式，实现校企人才培养在目标链、知识链、师资链、平台链、生产链等供应链节点的“五个协同”。%The development of modern logistics industry needs to train and bring up a large number of compound innovative logistics management professional and technical talents.The logistics management major of Chongqing Jiaotong University defines the characteristics of talent training based on characteristic disciplines.School actively explores the talent training supply chain mode of school -enterprise collaboration to achieve the coordination of target chain,knowledge chain, teaching chain,platform chain and production chain.
