微博环境下公共图书馆与高校图书馆对话沟通水平评价及比较研究

摘要

Based on the dialogical communication theory, this article investigates and compares the MicroBlog hehaviors between 30 public libraries and 30 colleges libraries from the attractiveness, return creation,dialogue loop, and information helpfulness. The results show that public libraries do better than colleges libraries in the attractiveness, return creation, and MicroBlog numbers. The levels of the libraries are balance in dialogue loop. As for information helpfulness, the libraries adopt the pull and poll tactics, and use the MicroBlog as a tool for publishing information, spreading the knowledge, and simply interactive with the public. Finally, it discusses the meaning and the way of improving the dialogical communication with MicroBlog.%基于对话沟通理论，运用内容分析法从粘性、创造回访、对话循环和信息有用性四个维度评价分析了国内30家公共图书馆和30家高校图书馆微博的对话沟通水平。结果表明，在微博粘性、创造回访及日均微博发布量三个方面，公共图书馆要明显好于高校图书馆；在对话循环方面，两者水平相当；在信息有用性方面，当前图书馆主要是采用推出策略和拉进策略来使用微博，将微博作为发布信息、知识传播和简单交互的工具，并没有将微博使用提升到知识创造的战略层面上。
