超声红外热像法的激励参数影响规律研究

         

摘要

超声红外热像作为一项新型无损检测方法早已引起国内外研究人士的重视,研究超声波激励参数的影响对该方法的工程应用和理论研究具有重要意义。本文基于 ANSYS 有限元软件采用热固耦合的方法对超声波激励裂纹生热的过程模拟分析,研究了不同激励参数下(激励时间、激励幅值、激励位置)结构件裂纹缺陷的生热规律。并进行了超声波红外热像疲劳裂纹检测实验,实验结果验证了有限元分析的可行性。%The ultrasound infrared thermography as a new nondestructive testing method has attracted the attention of domestic and overseas researchers,so the influence research of ultrasonic excitation parameters has important signifi-cance for the engineering application and theoretical research of this method.The heat -generation process of crack excited by ultrasound was simulated and analyzed through the thermos -solid coupling method based on ANSYS.The heat -generation rule of crack defect was studied under different excitation parameters (excitation amplitude,excita-tion frequency,excitation position).And the cracks were detected by ultrasound infrared thermography.The results verify the feasibility of the finite element analysis.
