PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a similar effect to that on a tool side by exciting a working table to transfer mechanical vibration to a work in order to enhance working efficiency and working quality by providing the vibration without being restricted by the shape of a tool.;SOLUTION: In order to set the optimum amplitude and output the uniform amplitude over the entire surface of a table, a structure of an oscillating plate is devised, in which a plurality of oscillators are mounted in parallel on a back side of the oscillating plate, and the oscillating plate is subjected to the resonance to form parts of zero amplitude, in other words, in a so-called node distribution to realize the uniform amplitude.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
