基于光散射法的烟尘发生及浓度测量系统设计

         

摘要

目前烟尘浓度测量仪广泛应用在环境监测系统中,但是在实验阶段,烟尘采样部分不易取到烟尘、实际工况中烟道中的浓度不能随实验的需求调节.针对此问题,设计了一种定量浓度烟尘发生装置,该装置使用微量进料器与多种元器件、仪器仪表搭成烟尘发生装置,实现了定量浓度烟尘的发生,通过上位机进行实时监控.并在Mie散射的基础上,基于光散射法设计搭建实验装置,将前向和后向散射法相结合,利用CCD采集光信号,较准确地实现了实时测量颗粒物浓度.%Dust concentration measurement instrument is widely used in environmental monitoring system,but in the experimental stage,smoke sampling is not easy to get dust,and the actual concentration of dust in the flue can''t be adjusted with the experimental requirements.Aiming at the problem,a quantitative concentration dust generation device was designed,and it is composed of a micro feeder,a variety of components and instruments.The concentration of dust was monitored in real-time by the host computer.On the basis of Mie scattering,the experimental device was constructed based on light scattering method.The optical signal was collected by CCD.The experimental results show that the system can realize the real-time measurement of particle concentration.
