郑州市总部经济发展的构想——基于中部六省省会城市总部经济发展能力的对比

摘要

总部经济是在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下出现的一种新的经济形态,文章依据总部经济的定义,分析其形成的机理;并通过指标评价体系,对中部六省省会城市总部经济发展能力进行了分析对比;最后分析了郑州总部经济发展的意义及现状,在评价体系的基础上得出郑州发展总部经济存在发展软实力、政府服务等方面的问题,认为郑州市应该抓住中原经济区建设和承接东部产业转移的大好时机,从政府服务、软实力、科研水平等方面入手,积极提高郑州市发展总部经济的能力。%Headquarters economy is a new economy based on the economic globalization and regional economic integration. Headquarters economy, according to it＇s definition, the mechanism of its formation is analyzed; the headquarters economic development capacity of the capital city in central six provinces are analyzed and compared through the evaluation system; at last this paper analyzes the significance and status of headquarters economy in Zhengzhou, and suggests that it should seize the opportunity of Central economic Zone and the transfer of eastern industrial, actively promote the development of headquarters economy in Zhengzhou.
