RP-HPLC法测定三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄芩苷的含量

摘要

[Objective] To establish a content determination method of Baicalin in Sanhuangsan-yu Cataplasm. [Methods]RP-HPLC was performed to determine Baicalin on a column of Zorbax Eclipse SB-C18 (4.6 mm× 150 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃ ;methanol-0. 2 ％Phosphoric acid as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min 1. The detection wavelength was 280nm. [Results]A good linearity can be found in the range of 56.0 ～904.0 ng, and the regression equation was Y = 3. 100X-32. 65(r=0. 9998). The average recovery was 101.3 ％ ,RSD=2. 1％ (n=6). [Conclusion]This method is simple, rapid, and accurate, which can be used to control the quality of Sanhuangsan-yu Cataplasm.%[目的]建立三黄散瘀巴布剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.[方法]反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC).色谱柱:Zorbax Eclipse SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸;检测波长:280nm;流速:1.0mL·min(-1);柱温:25℃.[结果]黄芩苷在56.0～904.0ng范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=3.100X-32.65(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为101.3%,RSD2.1%(n=6).[结论]该方法简便快速、结果准确可靠、重复性好,可用于三黄散瘀巴布剂的质量控制.
