草莓果实采后不耐贮运,保鲜期极短,严重制约着我国草莓产业的发展。就国内外有关草莓果实的采收,以及臭氧处理、热处理、涂膜处理、辐照处理、防腐剂、保鲜剂、包装和贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展作了综述,为草莓采后生产提供参考。%The development of Strawberry(Fragaria ananassa Duch.) production in China is restricted due to the diffculty in fresh-keeping of the fruits during storage and transportation. The research advances in the technologies of harvesting, postharvest handling including ozone treatment, heat treatment, coating, radiation,antiseptic, packaging, storage and fresh-keeping methods for strawberry fruits were comprehen-sively summarized in this paper, to provide a reference for strawberry production.
