'双一流'战略下高校'去行政化'研究范式批判与重构——基于教育政治学视角的分析

国家"双一流"战略提出之后,高校去行政化命题凸显出来.关于对高校去行政化问题的探讨,学界目前有权力主义范式、 结构——功能主义范式、 共同体范式、 制度主义范式和政府——市场范式.这些研究范式多为就事论事的本质化讨论,缺乏研究的深度与广度;多为其他学科理论范式的直接借鉴与套用,缺乏来自于学术现实的理论提炼.关系现代化研究范式是基于现实与学术、 中国与西方、 政党与行政和先进与落后等范畴的比对而建构出来的新研究范式,区别于现有法学、 社会学和文学中的关系主义范式,教育政治学视野下的关系现代化范式具有更强的解释力.%After the country's "Double First-rate" strategy was put forward,the propositions of ad-ministrative deconstruction in colleges and universities were highlighted. With regard to the issue of de-administration in colleges and universities,there are currently paradigm of authoritarianism,structure-functionalist paradigm,community paradigm,institutionalist paradigm,and government-market paradigm. Most of these research paradigms are intrinsic discussions on the topic of the matter,and lack the depth and breadth of research; most of them are direct reference and application of theoretical paradigms of other disciplines,and lack the theoretical refinement from academic reality. The research paradigm of modernization of relations is a new research paradigm based on comparisons between practice and aca-demics,China and the West,political parties and administration,and advanced and backward categories. It is different from existing relational paradigms in law,sociology,and literature. The relationship mod-ernization paradigm has stronger explanatory power for the de-administrative proposition of colleges and universities under the "Double First-rate" strategy.
