法学专业的法律职业礼仪教育探讨

摘要

法律职业礼仪是法律从业人员的重要素质之一。目前，实践教学是我国法学本科教育有机组成部分，但实践教学中法律职业礼仪教育尚未列入教学大纲，本文试图通过对法律职业礼仪课在法学教育中的现状、法律职业礼仪教育的缺失对法律人才培养的不利影响进行分析，拟就加强和完善法科学生法律职业礼仪教育的措施和途径抛砖引玉。%Professional etiquette is one of the important qualities for the legal practitioners. Today practice teaching is an integral part of undergraduate education. However the courses of the legal professional etiquette are not included in the syllabus yet. This paper discusses how to strengthen and improve the etiquette education for law students by analyzing the status of law education and the impacts of the deficiency of etiquette education on the cultivation of legal talents.
