PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a legal text evaluation method, a legal text evaluation program, a legal text evaluation device and a legal text evaluation system which can speedily and accurately evaluate legal documents while clarifying issues. SOLUTION: The legal text evaluation method implemented by a computer includes an input step in which a server terminal accepts input of legal text from a user terminal, evaluation range information regarding the evaluation range of legal text, and evaluation rules of legal text. It is provided with a reading step for reading out, an evaluation step for evaluating at least the range corresponding to the evaluation range information of the legal text based on the evaluation rule, and an output step for outputting the evaluation to the user terminal.
