多元文化背景下少数民族教师专业化发展研究--以广西为例

         

摘要

Teacher professional development of ethnic minorities from multi-cultural background has been widely concerned by people. Based on the analysis of the multi-cultural background of cultural ecology, traditional cultures, languages and school education in Guangxi Chuang Autonomous Region, this article put forward the multi-cultural developing objectives in ethnic minority teachers’ professional development, i.e., sticking to ethnic development concept, inheriting ethnic traditional culture, integrating native languages and creating ethnic-featured curriculum. Ethnic minority teachers should, with ethnic development as the guidance and ethnic education and culture as the basis, enhance self-developing consciousness, create self-learning mode, strengthen the independent teaching practice and actively construct the independent strategies of professional development.%多元文化背景下的少数民族教师专业化发展已日益受到重视。通过结合广西少数民族地区的文化生态、传统文化、语言文字、学校教育的多元化背景分析,提出在少数民族教师专业化发展中要坚持民族发展理念、传承民族传统文化、融合民族本土语言、创建民族特色课程的多元文化发展目标,少数民族教师要以民族发展为导向、民族教育为基础、民族文化为依托,增强自主发展意识,构建自主学习方式,加强自主教学实践,主动建构专业化发展的自主策略。
