Since there are many factors influencing the prices of the real estate ,the paper analyzes the main affecting factors through grey correlation degree method ,to provide suggestions ensuring prosperous and orderly development of the real estate market .%影响房地产价格的因素很多，本文通过灰色关联度法对影响房地产价格的因素进行分析，针对影响房地产价格的主要因素提出相关意见，确保我国房地产市场繁荣、有序的发展。
