不同激素配比对梨枣苗生根的影响

摘要

以梨枣苗为材料,采用浸泡法,用不同激素配比的萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA)的混合液处理梨枣苗根系,通过测量新生根根长、根数、根重和比根长等形态指标以及根系活力、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量等生理指标,比较其生长状况,研究不同配比的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸对梨枣苗根系的影响.结果表明:不同不同配比的萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸对梨枣苗生根有显著影响,在不同处理中,以0.07 g/L萘乙酸+0.03 g/L吲哚丁酸对梨枣苗促生根效果最好,可以显著地增加梨枣苗新生根根长、根数和根重,增大比根长,提高根系活力、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,并能增强新生根中多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶的活性,降低吲哚乙酸氧化酶的活性.%The effect of different ratio of plant growth regulators on rooting of pear jujube seedling as testing material,Which root system was treated with the mixture of different ratio of naphthylacetic acid (NAA) and indole butyric acid (IBA) by soaking method,was studied with measuring the morphological indexes such as length,number,weight and length of new root and the physiological index such as root activity,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content of new root.The results showed that NAA and IBA had significant effects on the rooting of pear jujube seedlings.In different treatments,the effect of 0.07 g/L NAA + 0.03 g/L IBA can be increased significantly root length,root number and root weight,enlarged root weight and root length ratio,enhanced root activity,the content soluble sugar and soluble protein,and heightened the activity of PPO and POD,reducing the activity of IAAO of pear jujube seedlings.
