游戏情境中对话式师生交往关系的构建

         

摘要

Harmonious relation ship between teachers and students is the cornerstone of the realization of educational function. In the new era of our social transformation, traditional teacher-student relation- ship fails to adapt to the new social conditions. So we need to construct a new type of teacher-student rela- tionship, in which teachers and students are encouraged to join in the educational activities with a spirit of play. As equal subjects, teachers and students communicate and exchange in the relationship of "you and I", and interact effectively through dialogues on the basis of mutual understanding. As a general guiding principle, the construction of this type of dialogue relations between teachers and students will contribute to the overall improvement and healthy development of the teacher-student relationship.%和谐融洽的师生关系是教育功能实现的基石。当前,传统的师生关系已经不能适应新的教育形势需求,因此,需要构建一种新型师生关系。这种师生关系,倡导师生以一种游戏精神投入到教育活动中,双方作为平等的主体,在“我一你”关系中进行沟通和交流,在相互理解的基础上,通过对话进行有效交往。作为一般的指导原则,这种对话式师生交往关系的构建,必定会促进师生关系的整体改善和良性发展。
