To compare immune efficacy of Streptococcus equi sabsp.equi ZZM3-M and Streptococcus equi sabsp.zooepidemicus ZZM2-S,two identical isolates ZZM3-M and ZZM2-S were selected and prepared to make an inactivated bivalent vaccine.After immunizing the antibody titer,antibody subtype,challenge pro-tection,tissue bacteria loading and histopathology observation were performed to evaluate the immune effi-cacy of this inactive bivalent vaccine.The results indicated that after immunization,the ZZM3-M+ZZM2-S,ZZM3-M and ZZM2-S could induce specific antibodies and the serum antibody titer of bivalent vaccine could reach up to 1 :8100.The protection rates of the bivalent vaccines to ZZM3-M and ZZM2-S strains were 90% and 100%,respectively which were better than those of the tow strains single group vaccine. The antibody subtype induced by bivalent vaccine mainly was IgG1 compared with the control group.The detection of bacterial load showed that the bivalent vaccine immunization could significantly reduce the tis-sue pathogenic damage and histopathological observation showed that bivalent immunization could signifi-cantly reduce the tissue pathological damage caused by the two strains.%为比较与评价马链球菌马亚种ZZM3-M株和马链球菌兽疫亚种ZZM2-S株联合免疫效果,本研究选取ZZM3-M株和ZZM2-S株分离菌株作为免疫原菌株,对两株菌灭活并免疫昆明白小鼠,通过对小鼠抗体效价、抗体分型检测、攻毒保护力、菌体载量及病理组织学观察实验评价联合免疫后的保护效果.结果显示,ZZM3-M+ZZM2-S联合免疫组及ZZM3-M、ZZM2-S单独免疫组均可诱导特异性抗体产生,且联合免疫组抗体效价可达1:8100,联合免疫组对ZZM3-M和ZZM2-S的免疫保护率分别为90%和100%,优于这两种菌株单独免组,联合免疫诱导的抗体亚型以IgG1为主,菌体载量检测显示联合免疫组可有效减少脏器的损伤,病理组织学观察显示联合免疫可显著减轻改善这两种菌引起的病理损伤.
