连翘对小鼠精子畸形率的影响

摘要

研究连翘水煎液对小鼠精子畸形率的影响.以雄性小鼠为材料,30 mg/kg环磷酰胺、蒸馏水为对照,用浓度为0.5×103mg/kg、1.0×103mg/kg和2.0×103mg/kg连翘水煎液经腹腔注射,观察不同浓度的连翘水煎液对雄性小鼠精子畸变率的影响.结果表明连翘水煎液能诱发小鼠精子产生畸形,随着浓度的增大,小鼠精子畸形率增大;且能产生多种类型精子畸形,主要包括：无定形、香蕉形、无钩形、胖头型和双头双尾形.可得结论：在剂量较大时,连翘水煎液具有明显的致突变性.%This paper makes a study of the effect of weeping forsythia juice on the sperm abnormality in mice.The experimental object is the male mice and cyclophosphamide in 30 mg/kg and distilled water is used as the control.The intraperitoneal mice are injected with weeping forsythia,the concentration of which is of three types： 0.5×103mg/kg、1.0×103mg/kg and2.0×103mg/kg.The purpose is to test the effect of various concentration of weeping forsythia juice on sperm abnormality of mice.The result shows that the intensified concentration of weeping forsythia juice tends to result in a rise in sperm abnormality in mice and the sperm abnormalities are of the various types.The main sperm distortions are amorphous、 banana-shaped、hookless、big-headed or double tail-double headed.Our conclusion is that,in the bigger metrology,weeping forsythia juice has obvious cause of axonal degeneration.
