以苎麻/棉75/2558.3tex转杯纺混纺纱为例,从分梳辊、阻捻盘、隔离盘和胶辊等几种关键纺纱器材以及纺杯速度、分梳辊速度、工艺风压等对苎麻/棉混纺纱的质量影响进行系统的研究.分别通过单因素实验和正交实验得出影响苎麻/棉混纺纱性能的各种因素.结果表明,分梳辊选用OK40,45°隔离盘,R7光滑金属阻捻盘,BYC851 Ⅰ型胶辊成纱质量较好；纺杯速度对成纱性能影响显著,其次是分梳辊速度,工艺风压变化对成纱性能影响较小.%Taking the 75/25 58.3tex ramie/cotton rotor spinning blended yarn as an example, the effects of several key spinning equipments and spinning process indexes such as carding roller, navel, isolation plate and rubber roller, spinning cups speed, carding roller speed, air pressure and so on to the quality of ramie/cotton blended yarn are studied systematically. Single-factor experiments and orthogonal experiments are taken respectively and the factors which effect the properties of ramie/cotton blended yarn are obtained. The results show that the yam quality is better when OK40 carding roller,45° isolation plate, R7 smooth metal navel and BYC851 I rubber roller are chosen. The speed of spinning cup influences the performance significantly, follows by the carding roller speed,and wind pressure change has less affected on the yarn properties.
