现代职业教育背景下高职学生顶岗实习思想政治教育研究

With the quick development of modern vocational education, the post-practice becomes more necessary.The ideological and political education is the major part of the teaching process.It is also a hard part to control.Due to that, no matter what happened in the schools and companies, both sides should pay more attention on the ideological and political education, clear self-responsibilities, have well-established system and improve the efficacy on the post-practice process.%加快发展现代职业教育要求加大学生顶岗实习,顶岗实习期间的思想政治教育是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,也是思想政治教育的难点.校企双方要高度重视顶岗实习过程中学生思想政治教育工作,明确职责、建立和完善相应管理制度,加强学生自我管理,帮助学生树立信心、战胜困难,提高顶岗实习实效.
