少数民族传统体育传承与政府行为研究--清政府时期蒙古族“那达慕”考

摘要

The inheritance of minority traditional sports is closely related to the governmental behavior .The government of Qing Dynasty witnessed the prosperity of Mongolian Naadam .League Banner Naadam ,Temple Fair Naadam ,Mulan Hunting Naadam ,Court Banquet Naadam ,and Worship Ceremony Naadam at that time manifested the benign political mechanism and humanistic environment for the development of Naadam ,ensuring its passing on and giving enlightenment on the future protection of Naadam and other ethnic sports .%少数民族传统体育的传承、发展与政府行为息息相关。清政府时期是蒙古族“那达慕”活动发展走向鼎盛和逐渐衰落的关键时期。基于历史文献、访谈调查等方法研究认为，清政府统治时期推行盟旗制度、木兰秋狝、满蒙联姻和独尊“黄教”等政策制度，为蒙古族“那达慕”传承与发展间接提供了良好的政治制度保障和兼容宽松的人文环境，也促进“那达慕”的规律化、制度化、民间化的传承与发展，这对于当前保护蒙古族“那达慕”乃至其他少数民族传统民俗体育活动具有指导与借鉴意义。
