乡村社会守法主义观念建设的必要性及其路径分析

摘要

The legalization of rural social governance is the basis and guarantee for rural revitalization. At present, our rural social governance faces the dilemmas of lack of legal cultural tradition, the authority of the rule of law, legal guarantee system, and individual law-abiding concepts. Establishment of the concept of legalism in rural society is an important path to realize the modernization of rural social governance. On account of the dual nature of the legalization and governance, grassroots judicature plays an important role in shaping the concept of legalism in rural society.%乡村社会治理的法治化是实现乡村振兴的基础和保障.当前,我国乡村社会治理面临着法律文化传统不足,法治权威、法治保障、个人守法观念的缺失等困境.确立乡村社会的守法主义观念是实现乡村社会治理现代化转型的重要路径.法治化和治理化的二元属性使得基层司法成为塑造乡村社会守法主义观念的重要方式.
