加拿大社区学院的管理模式与启示——以安大略省学院和百年理工学院为例

摘要

Canadian community colleges are similar to many Chinese vocational colleges and universities.The vocational education system of Canadian community colleges is employment-oriented,student-centered,competency-based and characterized by alternation between work and learning.The successful and unique aspects of the Canadian community colleges therefore deserve learning and simulating as reference.The paper investigates the Canadian Centennial College in Ontario as a case study,attempting to probe to its management mode.Meanwhile the author elaborates the specific traits of the College,tending to provide an inspiration for the higher vocational education in China.%文章以加拿大安大略省学院和百年理工学院为例,阐述了加拿大社区学院的管理模式,分析了百年理工学院的主要办学特色,揭示了加拿大社区学院对我国高职教育的启示。
