高职学生顶岗实习期间职业压力问题研究

摘要

高职生顶岗实习期间职业压力研究,采用职业压力问卷和压力体验量表对207名来自天津四所高职院校的实习生进行测量,结果显示职业压力在实习生中普遍存在,不同性别和学科的实习生在职业压力的多数维度上存在差异并分析了压力存在的原因,探讨了降低压力体验的方法.%the study of occupational stress during the internship period of vocational college students assesses 207 interns from four vocational colleges in Tianjin through occupational stress questionnaire and stress experience scale.The results showed that occupational stress was prevalent among the interns.Interns of different gender and disciplines have many differences in occupational stress and the reasons for the existence of stress are analyzed hereby, and this paper explores ways to reduce the stress experience.
