劳动关系语境下工资集体协商制度建设的理性思考

         

摘要

As a product of social and economic development in certain phase, collective wage bargaining system is an important institutional arrangement for developing harmonious and stable labor relations. In view of impacts of collective bargaining upon wage determination mechanisms of Chinese enterprises, it is pretty urgent and necessary to establish a collective wage bargaining system with Chinese characteristics in line with actual situation of China by improving legal systems of the collective wage bargaining system, enhancing functions of the trade unions, strengthening governments’ guidance, promoting industrial wage bargaining and creating public space for bargaining.%工资集体协商是社会经济发展到一定阶段的产物,是构建和谐稳定劳动关系的重要制度安排。针对集体协商对我国企业工资决定机制的影响,完善工资集体协商制度的法律体系,强化工会的职能,加强政府指导,促进行业性工资协商,培育协商公共空间,对于构建符合中国实际和具有中国模式的工资集体协商制度,是十分迫切和必要的。
