文章在对创新生态系统理论脉络梳理的基础上,从定义、特征和维度三个方面探讨了创新生态系统的内涵,将边界维度解析为组织差异化、价值差异化和功能差异化;将要素维度解析为产学研协同、大数据云计算和网络平台资源;将动力维度解析为制度导向、市场导向和技术导向;据此构建了技术共享网络平台型、终端设备一体化型和开放式跨界整合型三种创新生态系统模式,并结合Google、Roadtohealth和浙大网新集团三个案例分析了创新生态系统的构建模式;文章最后建议企业不但要明确自身在创新生态系统中的生态位,也要洞察所处创新生态系统的前景;政府不但要致力于基础设施建设,更要着力于培养优良创新文化.%Based on carding the innovation ecosystem theory, the paper discusses the connotation of innovation ecosystem from three aspects of definition, feature and dimension; The paper analyzes the boundary dimension into organizational differentiation, value differentiation and functional differentiation, and analyzes the factor dimension to the collaboration innovation, large data cloud compu-ting and network platform resources, and the dynamic dimension is analyzed into system oriented, market oriented and technical guida-nce.It builds a technology sharing network platform, terminal equipment integration and open cross-border integration of three kinds of innovation ecosystem model, then analyzes innovation ecosystem modes combined with three cases of Google, Roadtohealth and New group of Zhejiang University. The article suggests that enterprises should not only clarify their niche in the innovation ecosystem, but also see the prospect of the innovation ecosystem.The government should not only work on infrastructure construction, but also focus on the formation of excellent innovation culture.
