光学相干断层扫描及超声生物显微镜测量眼前房深度的meta分析

         

摘要

目的比较前节光学相干断层扫描(AS-OCT)及超生物显微镜(UBM)所测量眼前房深度结果的差异程度。方法计算机检索相关数据库,搜集关于AS-OCT及UBM测量眼前房深度比较的研究性文献,两名评价员按照纳入排除标准独立对文献进行筛选及质量评价,对最终纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8篇研究文献,合计710眼,Meta分析显示:AS-OCT及UBM在全体人群中测得的前房深度值无统计学意义上的差异[SMD=0.19,95%置信区间为(0.00,0.39)];在原发性闭角型青光眼患者中测得的前房深度值亦无统计学意义上的差异[SMD=0.02,95%置信区间为(-0.04,0.19)]。结论AS-OCT及UBM所测量的前房深度不存在显著统计学差异,但由于研究文献偏少、样本量较小,致使本系统评价结果论证强度不高,还需要开展更高质量的一致性分析。%Objective To compare the differences in the anterior chamber depth (ACD) measured by anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) and ultrasound biomicroscopy (UBM). Methods All studies pertaining to ACD measured by AS-OCT and UBM were collected from online databases. The assessment of methodological quality and data extraction from the included studies were performed independently by two reviewers for meta-analysis. Results Eight studies involving 710 eyes were included in the analysis. The difference of ACD measurements between AS-OCT and UBM was not statistically significant in the overall patients included for analysis (SMD=0.19, 95%CI[0.00, 0.39]) or in the patients with primary angle-closed glaucoma (SMD=0.02,95%CI[-0.04,0.19]). Conclusion The ACD measurements do not differ significantly between AS-OCT and UBM. Due to the relatively small number of the included studies and the patients involved, this conclusion needs further confirmation by high-quality studies involving larger sample sizes.
