乳头管灌注脂多糖对家兔抗氧化能力的影响

         

摘要

[Objective]Mastitis model was established to study the effects of LPS infusion via teat canal on antioxidant caputity in rabbils so as to provide theoretical information for applying antioxidant drugs to prevent and treat mastitis. [Method ]Primiparous rabbits were injected with 0.150 and 0.075 mg/kg LPS, reclal temperature, breast swelling degree, and SOD activity, MDA content and T-AOC. in serum were detected and recorded in 2 hours before perfusion, and 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 hours as well as 5, 7 days after perfusion. [Result] After LPS perfusion, temperature of primiparous rahbils soared to over 40.00℃ with harder breasts and yellowish white viscous milk. Moreover, SOD activity, MDA content and T-AOC in serum showed a variation trend of parabola, which was up first and then down, after the injured breast was cured, SOD activity, MDA content and T-AOC returned to the level before LPS perfusion. [Conclusion]The dynamic trend of SOD activity. MDA content and T-AOC conformed with the changes of mastitis, hence the three indicators should be used in monitoring breast health and as candidate parameters for mastitis diagnose.%[目的]通过家兔乳头管灌注脂多糖(LPS)构建乳房炎模型,探讨LPS抗氧化能力对家兔乳房炎的影响,为应用抗氧化药物预防和治疗乳房炎提供理论依据.[方法]以韧产母兔为研究对象,经乳头管分别灌注0.150和0.075 mg/kg的LPS,并于灌注LPS前2h和灌注后6、12、24、48、72 h及5、7d测定母兔直肠温度、观察乳腺肿胀程度及测定血清中SOD活性、MDA含量和T-AOC.[结果]灌注LPS后,母兔体温均上升至40.00℃以上,乳房质地由柔软变坚硬,乳汁变黄白、粘稠;血清中SOD活性、MDA含量、T-AOC在灌注LPS后,整体上呈先上升后下降的抛物线变化趋势,且随着母兔乳腺损伤的康复,均逐渐恢复到灌注LPS前的水平.[结论]SOD活性、MDA含量和T-AOC 3个指标的变化气乳房炎的动态病理变化一致,即可通过测定血清中SOD活性、MDA含量和T-AOC来监测乳房健康状况或作为乳房炎早期诊断候选指标.
