试论我国社区矫正中的社区参与模式及其优化路径--以中美社区矫正中的社区参与模式比较研究为视角

摘要

社区矫正中的社区参与模式的构成要素包括参与目标、参与主体、参与对象、参与客体、参与质量等。从参与主体上看，我国的参与模式是“2+N”模式，美国则是“市场主导、社团协作”模式。我国参与模式的优化路径包括科学设定参与目标、合理强化参与主体、适度扩大参与对象、深度落实参与客体、着力提升参与质量等。%The community participation m odel of com m unity-based correction consists of such elem ents as participa-tion goals, subjects, targets, objects, and quality, etc..
