Al2O3/Y2O3 coating was deposited on γ-TiAl based alloys with aluminum isopropoxide ((C3H7O)3Al) and yttrium nitrate hexahydrate(Y(NO)3·6H2O) as raw materials by sol-gel method. The coating synthesized using dip-coating process,was uniform and crack-free. Isothermal oxidations of the coated and uncoated specimens at 900 ℃ in static air were carried out to investigate the coating ' s effect on the oxidation behavior of the alloy. The coating decreaseds the oxidation rate of the alloys. The possible mechanism of the coating on the oxidation behavior of the alloy was discussed.%以异丙醇铝((C3H7O)3Al)和硝酸钇(Y(NO)3·6H2O)为原料,用溶胶-凝胶法在γ-TiAl基合金表面制备Al2O3/Y2O3 涂层.研究涂层试样和空白试样900 ℃时在空气中的长期氧化行为.结果表明:Al2O3/Y2O3 涂层降低了该合金的氧化速率,提高了合金的抗氧化能力.对涂层的作用机制进行了探讨.
