通过对合肥师范学院2009年至2015年师范类毕业生的对口就业情况进行分析，得出高校办学思路定位要更加科学；专业设置要与经济社会发展更加适应；课程体系要强化通识课程，更加凸显立德树人的根本任务；基础教育和高师教育的衔接要更加有序；除此以外，国家还要进一步完善就业保障机制，以利于更多的师范类毕业生实现对口就业。%Under the new situation, new requirements are made for the quality of graduates employment;can nor-mal university graduates achieve a higher rate of professional matching in their employment? By analyzing the re-lated issue of Hefei Normal University from 2009 to 2015 , it is concluded that the university-running orientation is required to be more scientific and the professional setting is supposed to fit the economic and social develop-ment;the curriculum system is expected to strengthen the general courses and to focus more on the quintessential task of moral education;elementary education and higher normal education is required to be more orderly linked. Additionally, the state will further improve the employment guarantee mechanism facilitating more normal univer-sity graduates to achieve professional matching in employment.
