地方新建本科院校高层次人才队伍建设的思考——以广东肇庆学院高层次人才队伍建设为例

The Construction of high-level talents is the core work and key of the strategy of ＂strengthening the institution with talents＂ in colleges and universities, Owing to the weakness of the basis of talents, the lack of academic echelons and so on, the construction of high-level talent ranks is particularly difficult. Zhaoqing Univer- sity, in the process of constructing creative high-level talent ranks, uses teaching and creative researching teams as hand holders to build the development platform for high-level talents and lay the foundation of talents for the university development.%高层次人才队伍建设是高校“人才强校”战略的中心工作和关键。由于人才基础薄弱、缺乏学术梯队等。新建本科院校高层次人才队伍建设尤为艰难。肇庆学院创新高层次人才队伍建设思路，以教学和创新科研团队为抓手，构建高层次人才发展平台，人才队伍建设得到快速发展，为学校发展奠定了人才基础。
