罗尔斯通过对功利主义的批判,论证了符合公平正义原则的代际正义观的合理性.罗尔斯代际正义理论通过原初状态下的理性选择,确立了合理的储存率;通过"无知之幕"下契约的订立达成了代际正义;通过代际之间互惠性、传递性、情感性的作用实现了代际正义.罗尔斯代际正义理论强调代际之间的公平正义,这对解决我国当前消费领域存在的问题有启发性作用.代际正义原则强调不能够为了后代人的利益过分损害当代人的利益,而应当寻找一条既有利于当代人发展又有利于后代人发展的道路.%Through criticism on utilitarianism, Rawls proved the reasonableness of the View of Inter-generational Justice that is in line with the principle of fairness and justice. According to Rawls' Theory of Inter-generational Justice, several achievements have been made, including, reasonable storage rate set on the basis of reasonable choices in original situation, inter-generational justice established on the basis of the agreement under the "veil of ignorance ", and inter-generational justice realized on the basis of functions of mutual benefits, delivery, and emotions between generations. Rawls' Theory of Inter-generational Justice was focused on the fairness and justice between generations, which shows enlightenment on the problems existing in current consumption field in China. According to the principle of Inter-generational Justice, we can not over-damage current generation's benefits for the sake of following generation's benefits, but find a new way that is good to both current and the following generations.
