检察机关案件线索内部移送机制研究

及时发现职务犯罪案件线索,是检察机关自侦部门开展侦查工作的前提。司法实践中,案件线索的管理和移送存在诸多问题,应从完善程序入手,通过制定科学的移送程序,建立有效的案件线索内部移送机制。%The clue of post crime case should be found in time.It is the premise that the self-investigation department of procuratorate organs conducts investigation.In judicial practice,there are many problems existed in case clue management and transfer,the proce
