护士心理资本对工作倦怠影响的相关研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the relationships between psychological capital and job burnout of nurses for improving the physical and mental health of nurses and reducing the degree of job burnout. Methods According to convenience sampling principle, 223 nurses from a military hospital in Xi' an participated in the study. They were investigated with psychological capital questionnaire (PCQ-24) ,the Maslach burnout inventory (MBI-GS) and the general questionnaire. Results Different education background nurses had different self-efficacy scores (F = 5.17,P<0. 01), and nurses with different professional titles had different self-efficacy and resilience scores(F=6. 17,P<0.01 ;F = 3.06,P <0.05). The dimensions of psychological capital were negatively correlated with dimensions of job burnout of nurses (P<0.05) .except between the self-efficacy dimension of psychological capital and emotional exhaustion dimension of job bumout( r = -0. 072 ,P =0. 316) . The psychological capital was significant negatively correlated with job burnout as a whole (P< 0.001). Conclusion This research outlines a strong relationship between psychological capital and job burnout of nurses. Psychological capital is a significant negative effect on job burnout.%目的 探讨护士心理资本与工作倦怠的关系,改善护士身心健康,降低其工作倦怠程度. 方法 按照方便取样,采用心理资本问卷(PCQ-24)、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS)及一般情况调查表,对西安市某军队医院223名护士进行调查. 结果 不同学历护士的自我效能维度得分在组间比较有统计学差异(F=5.17,P<0.01),不同职称护士的自我效能和韧性维度得分在组间比较有统计学差异(F=6.17,P<0.01;F=3.06,P<0.05).除了心理资本的自我效能维度与工作倦怠的情绪衰竭维度相关不显著外(r=-0.072,P=0.316),护士心理资本的其他各维度与工作倦怠的其他各维度都呈显著负相关(P<0.05),且心理资本整体与工作倦怠整体也呈显著负相关(P <0.001). 结论 护士的心理资本与工作倦怠密切相关,心理资本对工作倦怠有显著的负向影响作用.
