创新型人才与创业型人才内涵及外延比较研究

         

摘要

Innovative talents and entroproneurial talents are same in that they are all ground -breaking, sensitive, perseverant, and healthy. And they are also different in many aspects: concerning their guiding thoughts , the former focuses on "newness" while the latter emphasizes "practicality" ; in their modes of thinking, the former never follows any set patterns while the latter always plays by the book ; concerning their motivation, the former is demand - oriented while the latter is market - oriented; in their outcome, the former presents a variety of outcome while the latter presents one unique outcome ; in the application of their outcome, the outcome of the former tends to be hysteretic in nature while that of the latter is immediate in nature; in their organizing capacity, the former has no demand for this while the latter must have great organizing capacity. In spite of this, these two kinds of talents co - exist well either in practice or in theory.%创新型人才和创业型人才共同具有开拓性、敏感性、坚韧性、道德性和健康的身心。而在其他方面又有许多不同:在指导思想上,前者突出“新”,后者突出“实”;在思维形式上,前者不拘一格,后者照章办事;在行为方向上,前者以需要为导向,后者以市场为导向;在成果形式上,前者具有多样性,后者具有唯一性;在成果应用上,前者具有滞后性,后者具有直接性;在组织能力上,前者不强调组织能力,后者必须具备组织能力。然而,创新型人才和创业型人才又能够共生,实践中两类人才常常共生,理论上两类人才可以共生。
